Atletico Madrid need another striker next season to ease the burden of veteran striker Luis Suarez.

Suarez moved from Barcelona to join Atletico last summer. Before he scored 21 goals in the league. The team won La Liga for the first time in the last seven years.

According to Spanish publication Marca, Argentine coach Diego Simeone understands. Suarez is taking too much of the front line and is ready to hunt for a new spear to help bring in more nets this summer.

Last season, Angel Correa, Joao Felix and Yannick Carrasco all made the move to play as a central striker during Suarez’s absence from injury. But it can not work close to the veteran striker of the Uruguay national team.

Throughout the past week, Atlético Madrid have had news that Saul Niguez may switch to Barcelona. And bring Antoine Griezmann back to the team. But so far nothing has progressed.

Atletico has another striker, Alvaro Morata, but it is not Simeone’s favorite style and will be loaned to Juventus next season.
